Open Only to Legal Residents of the fifty (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, MEXICO, THE UNITED KINGDOM, ITALY, FRANCE, GERMANY, and CANADA (excluding Quebec), who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 21 years of age). VOID IN QUEBEC, PUERTO RICO, AND WHERE PROHIBITED. The “Tribewanted First Footers on John Obey Beach Sweepstakes” (this “Promotion”) starts on 8/16/2010 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 10/01/2010 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state and local laws; and is void wherever prohibited by law. THIS PROMOTION IS NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, FACEBOOK. You understand that you are providing your information to Tribewanted UK LTD. and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of selecting a winner and notifying you of similar promotions in the future. 1. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, visit http://www.facebook.com/Tribewanted or http://www.tribewanted.com/sweeps (the "Web Sites") (on Facebook click the Tab entitled "Free Trip!") and complete all fields of the online entry form. Submit completed entry form as instructed. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59:59 PM ET, 10/01/2010. Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar day during the Promotion Period. Proof of submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person who was assigned the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winners may be required to provide proof to Sponsor or Administrator that they are the authorized account holder. Upon submission, all entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico), Mexico, Germany, Italy, France, Canada (excluding Quebec), and the United Kingdom who are of legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (and at least 21 years of age). Employees or agents of: Tribewanted UK LTD., and their respective parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries, or the service agencies or independent contractors of any of the above organizations (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes or win a prize. Immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter this Promotion or win a prize. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, spouses, children, siblings, or grandparents and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside. In order to enter this Promotion or receive the prize, you must fully comply with the Official Rules, and by entering you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects, and you certify that you are eligible to enter.

3. PRIZES: Sponsor will award one (1) Grand Prize and (10) First Prizes.

Grand Prize is a seven-night getaway for one to Tribewanted Sierra Leone at John Obey Beach.

Grand Prize includes:

Roundtrip coach-class transportation for one from a major airport near winner's home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and arriving at Lungi Airport, Freetown, Sierra Leone
Speedboat transfer from airport to the beach
Visa on arrival
8 days and 7 nights of lodging at John Obey Beach including tent
3 meals a day at John Obey Beach

Grand Prize does not include:

Ground transportation between winner's home and airport
Travel insurance
Local spending (drinks, meals out, souvenirs, etc.)
State, federal or local taxes of any kind (Should a US resident become the Contest winner, Tribewanted will issue a federal 1099 form, which will be sent to the winner. Any US winner must complete and submit a W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) to Tribewanted.

Winner must travel before 12/15/2010, or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least five (5) days prior to departure. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be roundtrip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight; or in the event a First Prize T-Shirt is lost or damaged in the mail. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Liability/publicity release must be executed and returned prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner’s proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates, or T-Shirts. Terms and conditions of all tickets apply. Specific seat locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of Grand Prize may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value. In the event: (a) potential winner(s) cannot be reached for whatever reason after a reasonable effort has been exerted based on the information stated in the entry, (b) of noncompliance with the above or within any of the aforesaid time periods, (c) potential winner is found to be ineligible to enter this Promotion or receive the prize, (d) potential winner cannot or does not comply with the Official Rules, (e) potential winner’s prize notification or Affidavit is returned as undeliverable for whatever reason, or (f) potential winner fails to fulfill the Affidavit-related obligations, the potential winner shall be disqualified from this Promotion and an alternate potential winner will be selected from among the other eligible entries received. No transfer, refund, substitution or replacement of prize permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (or cash equivalent). Any portion of the prize not accepted or unclaimed and/or unused by the winner will be forfeited and will not be substituted.

4. DRAWING; ODDS: On or about 10/10/2010, Sponsor will randomly select the winners from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor or Administrator by email. If any prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or if winner does not respond to notification by email or phone within two (2) days of the date of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return, within five (5) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (an “Affidavit”) in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the five-day period, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winner must continue to comply with all Terms and Conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

5. PUBLICITY RELEASE: Except where prohibited or restricted by law, winner's acceptance of prize constitutes the winner's consent for the Sponsor or its agents to use and/or publish winner's full name, country, city and state/province of residence, hometown, photograph or other likeness, entry, pictures, portraits, voice, testimonials, opinions, biographical information (in whole or in part), and/or statements made by winner, worldwide and in perpetuity for promotional purposes, in any media, without further compensation, notice, review, or approval.

6. NO TAMPERING; RIGHT TO CANCEL, MODIFY: By entering, participants acknowledge and agree that Promotion Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors are not responsible for: (a) entries that contain incomplete or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion, or do not otherwise comply with or violate the Official Rules; (b) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged, garbled, misdirected, or otherwise not received by Sponsor or its agents for any reason; (c) any typographical or other error in the printing or advertising of this Promotion, the administration or execution of this Promotion, or in the announcement of prize winners; (d) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; (e) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; (f) any inability of the winner to accept the prize for any reason; (g) if a prize, or a prize component, cannot be awarded due to travel cancellation, delays or interruptions due to Acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, weather or any other similar event beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control; or (h) any damages, injuries or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse, loss or misdirection of any prize or resulting from participating in this promotion or any promotion or prize related activities. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion, or with any Websites promoting this Promotion; or (b) acting in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method of entry. 7. WARNING: Any attempt by aN ENTRANT or any other person to deliberately damage the WEB Site or undermine the legitimate operation of this CONTEST may be a violation of criminal and civil laws; and should such an attempt be made, SPONSOR reserveS the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys' fees) from any such ENTRANT or OTHER person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking criminal prosecution.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY; DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY; FORUM SELECTION CLAUSE: By participating in this Promotion, entrants and winners agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury (including emotional distress), and/or death which may occur in connection with preparation for, or participation in, this Promotion, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of the prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity and for any claims or causes of action based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.
