Have you forgotten your password? Or did you never receive it after signing up? Not to worry! It’s easy to reset your password.

Reset your Tribewanted password

1. Go to Password Reminder page
   • you can get there from the login page
2. Click on “Lost of forgotten your password”
3. Enter your email address and click Submit.
   • An email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to reset your password.
4. Follow the directions in the email

Are you not receiving Tribewanted emails?

While the vast majority of members receive Tribewanted emails without issue, sometimes Tribewanted emails get filtered as SPAM.

If you are expecting an email from Tribewanted (such as a password reset email, or booking confirmation) but have not received it, you can do the following:

1. Empty your SPAM / Junk Mail folder
   • Instructions: GMail – Hotmail
2. Check your SPAM filtering options
   • Make sure that SPAM is NOT DELETED IMMEDIATELY
   • Instructions: GMail – Hotmail
3. (optional) Create a filter to capture Tribewanted emails
   • Instructions: GMail – Hotmail
4. Reset your Tribewanted password
5. Refresh your email inbox
   • The password reminder email is sent out immediately
   • If the email doesn’t show up in your inbox, check your SPAM folder
   • If the email is filtered as SPAM, make sure to mark it as NOT SPAM.
     • Instructions: GMail – Hotmail (follow opposite instructions)

Can you set my password for me manually?

Unfortunately, no, we cannot. The reasons for this are:

1. Passwords are sensitive information and this can be a security hazard
2. It is essential for you to have a valid email that can receive email from Tribewanted so that we can contact you (for example, when you book your time, or if you need another password reminder!)

We can provide you with hands-on support, however. If you continue to have problems, however, please contact the Tribewanted webmaster at webmaster@tribewanted.com.

My temporary password doesn’t work

If you receive your password reminder email, but you still cannot login to Tribewanted.com, try these steps:

1. Make sure you are logged out of Tribewanted.com
2. Reset your password again, following the instructions above
3. Follow the instructions in the email
   • Copy and paste your email and temporary password to make sure they are correct
   • Make sure that the Caps Lock key is not engaged.
4. If you are still unable to login, contact webmaster@tribewanted.com
   • Please attach your most recent password reset email
