Be available for smooth handover for up to 4 days after
A suitable candidate should be expected to display the following:
Proof of previous activity in the tribe
Reference from another Tribe member
Genuine leadership skills and proof of relevant previous experience
Enthusiasm – you will be expected to lead from the front
Communication skills
Previous developing world travel experience
Ability to compromise own goals for overall good of project
Appreciation of the limitations of island life in regards to certain project work
Prepared to take on auxiliary staff roles
Experience of handling sizable budgets
Ability to listen and take on board the experience and guidance of others around them
Being a chief of the Tribe is a rewarding but hard and demanding job, all applicants will be expected to show an awareness of this
