    Starting from 2019, we are offering a co-ownership opportunity for two 4-bedroom apartments at Monestevole.

     

    We are looking for a select group of partners who want to enjoy what we have created in this magical place: organic farming, green architecture, renewable energy and heating, water harvesting, black-gray water filtration system, salt water pool, farm to table food, horses, pigs, chickens and much more....

    Why?

    After five years of welcoming thousands of guests at Monestevole we would like to slow things down a bit and enjoy the community ourselves: we are looking for a group of like-minded partners to co-own the property with us and put our roots down to reap the benefits of everything we have built in the past five years.


    A community is made of the people who live in it, and what better online community to tap into than the like-minded Tribewanted community that has grown over the past ten years?
     

    How does it work?

    Tribewanted Monestevole is an agricultural company, currently owned by Filippo. You would purchase shares in this company. A Memorandum of Understanding would then define the floor you would own.

     

    All the common spaces outside the main house (pool, yoga room, gardens, stables, carpentry, cantina, greenhouses, bbq etc.) would be owned and available to use by all the partners.


    The TWM team would continue to manage the property (gardens, animals, maintenance, cleaning, cooking upon request, admin, etc.) and each partner would pay a quarterly fee to cover the running costs of the property, as defined in the MOU.

      Full First Floor - 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms - 2 living rooms with two separate kitchens - 2 private entrances


      Full Second Floor - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - 1 large living room with terrace - 1 eat-in kitchen - 1 private entrance
