Slightly nervous about going to Vorovoro. I met Lottie Ireland who has just been there who horrified me with stories of spiders and cockroaches. Not so good with them…

Lorna – the spiders are big but harmless. Ditto the cockroaches. Good luck with them!
As long as you know they are there but won’t hurt you it might be the trip for you to get used to them. Cockroaches you only see at night typically and the spiders [mostly] in the woods – it isn’t like they are running the island themselves – and all the good stuff outweighs the crawly things by a long shot.
