There is some cool technology being developed that fills in the holes between photos. Pioneered by Microsoft, it’s called Photosynth. What it does is take a group of photos of the same thing and determines what relationship the photos have to one another.

Here’s a cool video of Photosynth in action.

This idea has caught on with others as well, and there is a free online flash version that captures the same functionality, called “Open Photo VR.”

So here’s the challenge – do you think that something like this would work with photos from Vorovoro? What photos would you want to try this with? Who is interested in trying this?
