eco-friendly toiletries?
Hi all,
I couldn’t see it in you FAQ but where do you get eco-friendly toiletries? I checked Body Shop and theirs seemed to have lots of un-natural ingredients. What UK retailers / brands are best?
Let me know,

Hey Nigel,
A company called REN do great skin and body care, they are rather pricey but all natural.
I would recommend a natural tea tree or olive oil soap and a green shampoo, try greenpeople.co.uk for some really nice products.
You also check out whole foods stores as they often carry natural soaps etc.
Good luck!
Hi
There’s a company called Living Nature who are based in (I think) New Zealand but are stocked in Selfridges/John Lewis. They’re biodegradable. Also, Dr Bronners, but I’m not sure where you’d get Dr B from.
kate, long live dr bronner’s, eh? i’ve started a revolution with that stuff…
nigel, i don’t know the UK market as well as the US, but here’s a blog post that i did about green resources, including products like dr. bronners:

best bet is to check their websites and see where the local retailers are. i highly recommend burt’s bees, and they seems to have very wide distribution, so i bet you can find it somewhere near you. good luck!
Ah thanks guys! You’ve been Mucho Helpful!! Add me as a friend and vote for me as Tribe Chief this May / June! x
