Improving soil quality to improve plant yield.
Tags: Tribe / Dream Foundation / Sustain / Fiji / GlobalI’m no expert on this, but there was an article in the National Geographic I read that may have some use on the island (and maybe elsewhere).
The yield of plants on Vorovoro improving depends on the soil, as well as the water. Maybe improving the soil naturally is a possibilty as a long term solution.The National Geographic article was about soil in the Amazon being of poor quality, apart from some areas where they found that charcoal had been mixed in.The link to the article is here:
