Tribewanted: Vorovoro

So, this week has been manic as we’ve been trying to get all the last touches finished for this day. I’ve just got back from meeting the first footers off the plane and thought I’d write a quickie before heading to the island.
Everyone seemed really relieved to be here at last and I was relieved to finally meet some more of the members. They are off in town now buying Sulus for the ceremony today and getting the last minute provisions.
I hardly slept last night as I was anxious, yes, but mostly excited, this day has been a long time coming and I can’t wait to share the Vorovoro experience with more people.
To all of you around the world, you are in everyone’s thoughts and we can’t wait to meet all of you here in Fiji soon. We’ll be in touch in the next couple of days to let you know how it’s all going.
