can anyone advise me to the sleeping arrangements on the island? do i need to bring sleeping mats/sleeping bags or even a tent? what would you advise?

Jody, check out the kit list for some details, both on sleeping on the island, and preparing everything else you’ll need for when you’re awake!
You might also want to read the Info Pack for an overview of what to expect from day-to-day life on the island.
