I’m taking a GAP year – leaving in October 08 – and along my travels I would LOVE to visit Vorovoro! I think it would be my dream come true….I’m new to the site and still coming to terms with working it out. I’m planning on visiting around March 09, but I think i’m probably better off booking my stay nearer the time? HELP, please?x

Hi Tamara,
Join TW as soon as you can for two reasons: 1) it allows you to meet those traveling to the island at the same time as you and allows access to forums so you can get a real sense of the project before you get there adn 2) time is being booked quickly and there is a cap on the island, so better to book ahead of time and ensure your spot!
The island is fantastic and will surely be a highlight of your GAP year, book soon and you won’t be disappointed! Feel free to msg me with more questions about the island.

I’ve joined, but only as an online member. I’m still trying to figure out if i want to be a Nomad for one week or a Hunter for two weeks. Been checking out the website and decided its a MUST on my trip, i’ll be flying in from Perth Australia, so will have to work out flights etc. before i book. How long were you on the island for? Your pictures are amazing…
