Helping build the Tribe and what is stands for.

Its great to hear about what’s happening in Vorovoro and it sounds like the first footers have been given the most amazing welcome to the island and its so good to see the Tribe living on the island together as a community. Its really refreshing to hear how excited everyone is and how much we all want this to be a project that’s going to leave something positive behind – not only for the people of Vorovoro but as a way to look at tourism as a whole. Its good to see discussions about everything from the Bure, to finding friends to travel around the world, and great that there groups looking to develop a charitable foundation that is based on practical ideas and needs from the local people. We want to make sure that this is a project where everyone has a chance to input and we really want to be able to know how Tribe can grow and develop based on your ideas so it would be fantastic if as many of you as possible could fill in the short survey.

The more people that feed into this the more meaningful it will be! http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=354802384605 (or go to the survey under environment / communities and culture).

We are also undertaking a similar exercise with the local people of Mali and we want to use all of this information to show what we all think, what’s important to us as a group, what we’re doing now and to think about how we want Vorovoro and Tribe to look in the future. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts.
