Ayup everyone i met on the island its been about 9 or 10 days since i left (i’m not to sure which the international date line has fudged me right up) and i really do miss it. i’m currently in LA an have big time culture shock. its strange how it only takes 3 or 4 days to get used to island life but its gonna take about a month to get back into the swing of things.
i’m really craving a good cuppa that i could get any time on vorovoro, and the splendiferous fresh food avaliable 5 times a day. And lets not forget the innuendo strewn fijian banter.
all in all it was one the best things iv’e done while backpacking and it was completely on a whim as well. an i shall recommend this to everyone i meet an know. an maybe even some ladies of questionable morals i wake up with in the mornings.

you have missed some long grog sessions 2 nights in a row they finished at 3am. Try and enjoy the states while your there and as Jenny said the island will always be here waiting for you.

We miss you on Vorovoro your dry quick wit and the odd gas explosion!!!!!! We have two new people to share with in the vale who came for a week and now hope to stay for three or four not bad after two days.
Enjoy the rest of your travels and just remember Vorovoro will always be your home now!
