  • Monestevole

eco-lux living in Umbria, the Green Heart of Italy

Perched on a ridge on over forty five hectares of stunning Umbrian countryside, this 15th century hamlet has been thoughtfully and lovingly transformed into three traditional and sustainable holiday apartments. Passing through many hands over the years - including over fifty residents at one time - the hamlet was abandoned in the 1960s and resurrected in 2013, when Tribewanted Monestevole restructured it into a model sustainable community, and a fully fitted, eco-lux vacation rentals.

Celebrating and preserving the best of traditional Umbrian living and providing a beautiful, rejuvenating and inspiring experience, our three apartments are designed with stylish simplicity and comforts, each restored with their original historic stone and wood beamed features intact and simple rustic design.

We welcome guests and families from all over the world. The entire property, sleeping up to 18, is available for large groups and workshops.
